Why I created the Morrison Leadership Library
After decades in the automotive industry, I wanted to pass along the knowledge, experiences and leadership lessons I've gained throughout my career. I have seen talented people move into management without always receiving the guidance and training they need to succeed.
I created the Morrison Leadership Library to help current and future automotive professionals become more confident and capable leaders, avoid common mistakes, and build stronger teams and operations. I hope the books remain a lasting resource for the next generation.
